When seed phrases go missing
People sometimes arrive at Devflow Hub hoping a beautifully filled Offline Wallet Recovery Planner will summon a destroyed backup. It will not. Education can clarify what still exists, who to call, and how to avoid compounding mistakes — it cannot recreate a unique secret that no longer exists anywhere.
Start with the inventory you already wrote
If a planner page lists two locations and only one is gone, focus verification on the remaining sealed item. If the planner never recorded a second copy, treat that absence as the lesson for the next design, not as proof that a miracle copy “must” exist.
Avoid frantic channel hopping
Posting partial phrases into group chats or support tickets usually widens exposure without improving odds. Our courses emphasize a short stop-list: no photos of paper, no cloud OCR, no pasting into email threads — including threads with us.
Rewrite while the memory is sharp
After the immediate search, update the planner with what failed: single-point storage, unclear labels, stewards who had moved. That rewrite is the recoverable value when the secret itself is not.
