1. Acceptance

By using this site you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, discontinue use. Enrollment in paid programs may involve a separate agreement provided at purchase time through channels outside this informational website.

2. Educational purpose

3. Intellectual property

Text, worksheets, graphics, logos, and course structures are owned by Devflow Hub or its licensors. You may not copy course materials for resale, public redistribution, or training competing programs without written permission. Personal learning use of materials provided to you as a learner is allowed under your enrollment terms.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful content through forms, or share recovery secrets with Devflow Hub staff through website forms. We may suspend access for abuse.

5. No payments on this site

Pricing pages are informational only. This website does not process checkout or card payments. Any commercial enrollment occurs through separately communicated channels.

6. Disclaimers

Materials are provided “as is.” We do not warrant uninterrupted availability or that drills will succeed in every hardware configuration. You remain responsible for your own backup practices and device handling.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Devflow Hub and its instructors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of digital assets, arising from use of the site or educational content. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the site shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific program giving rise to the claim in the twelve months before the claim, or KRW 100,000 if you paid nothing through us for that program.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Devflow Hub against claims arising from your misuse of materials, your disclosure of secrets, or your violation of these terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Busan, Korea shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
