Last updated: 8 August 2026. This Privacy Policy explains how Devflow Hub handles personal data on devflow-hub.digital.
1. Data controller

Postal address: Street: 246-9, Jugongapateu 301-314, Geumgok-dong; City: Buk-gu; State/province/area: Busan; Phone number: +82-8-959-2295; Country calling code: +82; Country: Korea;
2. Data we collect
We may collect name, email address, optional topic, and message content when you use the contact form; technical logs such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited; and cookie preference values stored locally in your browser. Do not submit seed phrases, private keys, or other recovery secrets.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We process contact data to respond to inquiries; technical data to secure and operate the site; and analytics cookies only if you accept them, to understand which educational pages are useful. Bases include legitimate interests in running an educational site, consent for optional cookies, and pre-contractual steps when you ask about enrollment.
4. Retention
Contact messages are retained for up to 24 months unless a longer period is required for a dispute. Server logs are typically rotated within 90 days. Cookie consent choices remain in localStorage until you clear them. Enrollment records for paid programs, if any, follow the retention stated in those separate agreements.
5. Recipients and processors
We may use hosting, email, and analytics providers who process data on our instructions. We do not sell personal data. See also our Cookies page.
6. International transfers
Because we serve learners outside Korea, data may be processed on servers in other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as contractual clauses with processors and minimize the data transferred.
7. Your rights
Depending on applicable law (including Korean personal information protection rules and, where relevant, GDPR-style rights), you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability, and you may object to certain processing. You may withdraw cookie consent by clearing the stored preference and using the banner choices again after reset. You may lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority.
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures, but no method of transmission is perfectly secure. Never send recovery material through website forms.
9. Children
The site is directed to adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.
10. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy by posting a new version with a revised date. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
