Refund Policy

Eligibility

Self-paced course fees may be refunded in full if you request a refund within 14 days of purchase and have accessed fewer than two modules. Cohort seats may be refunded in full if you cancel at least 7 days before the cohort start date.

Timeframe

Submit refund requests promptly within the windows above. Requests after those windows are considered only for documented service failures (for example, a cancelled cohort we could not reschedule).

Full or partial refunds

Full refunds apply when eligibility criteria are met. Partial refunds may apply if a Vault Cohort is shortened by Devflow Hub after start; the unused week count guides the partial amount. Changing your mind after substantial module access generally does not qualify for a partial refund.

Non-refundable items

Completed private office-hour bundles, custom documentation reviews already delivered, and downloadable Field Notes packs after the files have been downloaded are non-refundable. Third-party storefront fees charged by external platforms, if any, follow those platforms’ rules.

Refund process

Email support@devflow-hub.digital with your full name, purchase date, program name, and reason. Include the order reference from your enrollment receipt. We may ask clarifying questions before approving.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method when possible. Bank timelines may add several days before funds appear.

Cancellation

You may cancel a future cohort seat under the eligibility window above. Self-paced access remains available until a refund is approved; after approval, access credentials are revoked.

Exceptions

Mandatory consumer rights under Korean law are not limited by this policy. If a statutory right provides a stronger remedy, that right prevails. Force majeure events that permanently prevent delivery may result in a full refund or a deferred seat at your choice.
